This afternoon we had a lot of fun building 2 wheeler cars with paper plates, straws and connectors. The children then needed to experiment by putting different amounts of force on their 2 wheeler and seeing what happened. They also got to experiment with driving the 2 wheeler down and up ramps they created using books and binders. Some of the 2 wheelers broke when a lot of force was applied, some of them flipped and some went super fast! A challenge question was what could you do to get the 2 wheeler to drive up the ramp? There were many interesting answers- ask your child what they thought!
