Yesterday in Science we talked about Freezing and Melting.

A solid can change into a liquid when they warm up. Liquids can change into solids when they cool down.

We did an experiment to see which solid would melt the quickest…..ice, chocolate or butter.

Most of us predicted the ice would melt the quickest and we were right! We put them outside in the sun, and we were surprised that the butter didn’t really melt- it just got smooshed. Then the wind came and blew our experiment over but we were still able to see the results.
